Advocate / Luminary / Iconoclast

I'm a jill of all trades and a lifelong creative whose goal is to make life a little less painful for others. I have a formal degree in accounting — but when I started my career in audit consulting, I noticed that my clients were increasingly frustrated with the technology they were using to do their jobs. With a passion for creative brainstorming and problem solving (and a bit of graphic design experience starting in the MySpace days), I dove head first into the world of UX.

These days I hold equal weight in artistry and analysis, connecting the dots between qualitative data, quantitative data, business goals, and user needs. Whether I look at numbers or words or faces, they all tell a story.
